Dispatch & delivery

All orders are shipped directly from our European warehouse. Every parcel is fully tracked from dispatch right through to delivery, so you can follow its journey every step of the way.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed. We work with trusted, reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible.

Tracking your order

Every order includes full tracking. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
